Simple Homemade Pasta


      
"Good nutrition creates health in all areas of our existence. All parts are interconnected" as coined by T. Collin Campbell that it's very crucial to consume different kinds of food as it contain different nutrients. Eating different kinds of food helps in keeping our body robust which in turn has great positive impact in learning performance. Some historian often believe that the idea of preparing pasta was brought to Italy from China by Marco Polo. In fact, majority of us during special occasion and leisure time we tend to hang out with friends to consume delicious meals which is cost effective rather than eating homemade food. Some of us even think that going for shopping and cooking by ourselves is considered as consumption of time and prefer to go to the restaurant. However, the picture shown above is very easy to prepare at home. It doesn't require expensive ingredients like other meals.

Ingredients for homemade pasta are; 
  • flour 
  • hot and cold water
  • salt
  • chili powder
  • carrot
  • coriander
  • garlic
  • pepper and 
  • turmeric powder
Processes
  1. Mixed flour with hot water and add little salt
  2. Stir it for about 3-5 minutes
  3. Roll the flour Dough on rolling pin and cut into small slices
  4. Add little salt and boil the slices for 10-15 minutes
  5. Let it dry for 3-5 minutes 
  6. Fry the spices in oil for 4-5 minutes and mix with dried slices
  7. Next,add coriander and your pasta is ready
